Ladies and Gentlemen;

The personal data administrator – the Chief Inspector of the Forest Guard, paying particular attention to respecting your privacy, makes every effort to ensure the security of personal data processed in connection with his tasks in the field of preventing and combating crime.

Your data is processed in accordance with the applicable regulations, in particular the Act of December 14, 2018 on the protection of personal data processed in connection with preventing and combating crime (Journal of Laws of 2019, item 125).

Your personal data may be processed for the purpose of recognizing, preventing, detecting and combating prohibited acts in accordance with the principles set out in the Act of December 14, 2018 on the protection of personal data processed in connection with the prevention and combating of crime.

The legal basis for the processing of personal data by the Chief Inspector of the Forest Guard are the provisions of the Act of September 28, 1991.
on forests, in particular its art. 45 section 1 point 3, art. 47 and art. 48a.

Your data processed for the purposes indicated above may be stored for the period necessary to achieve the purpose for which they were collected, no longer than 10 years, unless the law provides otherwise.

Your personal data may be disclosed to public authorities, as well as entities cooperating with the Chief Inspector of the Forest Guard, such as other organizational units of the State Forests, law firms, entities providing archiving and maintenance services. These recipients are also obliged to properly protect the personal data disclosed to them.

Your personal data will not be transferred to recipients in third countries.

The person whose data is processed in the event of a violation of his or her rights has the right to lodge a complaint with the President of the Personal Data Protection Office, which is the supervisory authority within the meaning of personal data protection regulations.
